Twelve kilometres of woodland, four hours at a relaxed pace – and dogs that get to just be dogs.
Sarah Fairway and I lead the group, keep an eye on how the dogs get along, and answer whatever is on your mind. Questions are explicitly welcome. Dogs that aren't fully compatible with others are welcome too – just bring a muzzle.
The route has off-leash sections, breaks when they're needed, and paths that look exactly like forest should – roots, rocks, and everything in between. The hike goes ahead in any weather. Weatherproof clothing and sturdy shoes are not optional.
No curriculum, no agenda. Just you, your dog, and a few hours in the woods – with the right people around you.
