FAQ
What should I bring to training?
Everything you'd normally take on a walk with your dog. Nothing more.
Where does the training take place?
Wherever your everyday life with your dog happens – somewhere in Hamburg. I’ll come to you, we’ll meet in a park or around your neighbourhood. I spend a lot of time in Stadtpark, but we'll decide together.
Does training take place in bad weather?
Yes. Always. Dogs don't mind either.
My female dog is in heat – can I still come?
Generally, yes. Some dogs are simply too distracted during their heat cycle for training to be worthwhile. Just give me a quick call before you head over and we'll figure it out.
Can anyone join Walk & Train?
Not really – and it wouldn't make much sense. Walk & Train builds on what we're already working on together, so I need to know you and your dog first. Once you've had an individual session with me, you're always welcome to join.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, anywhere within the Hamburg city area. In fact, our first session always takes place at your home.
How long is a training session?
60 minutes.
Can we work together online?
The initial consultation can easily be done online. After that, though, I'd like to meet in person – after all, life with your dog doesn't happen online.
When are your training hours?
Tuesday to Friday, all day.
Do you offer 5- or 10-session packages?
No. Every session is billed individually at the end of the lesson. I don't want to sell you something you may not actually need.
How can I cancel an appointment?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, no explanation needed. Just send me a WhatsApp on +49 1573 1837953 or email info@stadtparkhund.de.
How can I pay?
Cash, debit card, credit card or mobile payment – I always bring a SumUp card reader. Payment is due at the end of each session.
